Job summary

Crane Venture Partners is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant in Manchester to support SeeChange’s client deliveries. You will work with a delivery team on configuration, testing, data analysis, and documentation, building toward more senior roles.

This entry-level position offers mentoring, exposure to real client work, and opportunities to contribute to deployments, integrations, and improvements across customer environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software/technical delivery experience gained via study or work.
• Desire to learn and develop in technical delivery roles.
• Understanding of cloud SaaS platforms, APIs and data flows.
• Familiarity with automation tools and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical delivery across customer engagements, ensuring high-quality solutions.
• Assist with deployments, integrations, and upgrades under guidance.
• Investigate technical issues, perform initial troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
• Ensure solutions align with SeeChange architecture, security, and ops best practices.
• Support pre-delivery technical discovery to shape customer solutions.
