Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst in Birmingham. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) with a fixed-term contract of 12–18 months and a salary up to £33,000. You will support HRIS operations, focusing on employee data, reporting, and system support across SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.

You'll develop expertise in HRIS, work with HR colleagues, and help maintenance of data quality, documentation, and user guides as part of a larger HRIS team.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, HR or analytical data environments.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar data tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with IT systems and learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate employee data across Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Carrying out data entry, validation, checking and cleansing.
• Supporting standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and data analysis.
• Assisting with system updates, testing and enhancements.
• Supporting SAP SuccessFactors updates between the UK team and the international HRIS team.
• Developing into a subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Helping resolve HR system and data queries.
• Supporting audits and data quality checks.
• Contributing to improvements in HRIS processes and reporting.
• Helping create system documentation, training materials and user guides.
• Providing administrative and analytical support across HR/HRIS projects.
