Job summary

Booking Experts’ ParcVu platform is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist who helps customers, resolves questions, and provides practical guidance on using the software.

You’ll join our Customer Success team, receive extensive training, guidance from a buddy, and access to our LMS to grow your technical knowledge and customer-facing skills while collaborating with Product, Development, Sales and Marketing to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, travel, reservations or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions and understand what someone really needs.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via chat, email and phone.
• Investigate questions and provide effective solutions.
• Advise users on how to get the most value from Booking Experts platform.
• Deliver training sessions, webinars and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Create and improve educational content and support materials.
• Escalate technical issues and collaborate with Product/Development teams as needed.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Keep customer records and support documentation up to date.
