Booking Experts, powering ParcVu, is seeking a Junior Customer Support Specialist to be a primary contact for customers. You’ll help users maximise value from our hospitality software, delivering practical guidance and friendly support in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

This people-first role emphasizes communication, empathy and a willingness to learn, with extensive training and a buddy system to support your development within booking software for holiday parks, hotels and accommodations

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, travel, reservations, or a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email and phone.
• Resolve questions and issues, providing practical guidance on Booking Experts platform.
• Deliver customer training sessions and webinars, and create helpful content.
• Escalate technical issues and collaborate with Product/Dev teams as needed.
• Keep records up to date and contribute to improving support processes.
