Booking Experts’ ParcVu platform is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist who helps customers, resolves questions, and provides practical guidance on using the software.
You’ll join our Customer Success team, receive extensive training, guidance from a buddy, and access to our LMS to grow your technical knowledge and customer-facing skills while collaborating with Product, Development, Sales and Marketing to enhance the customer experience.
Do you enjoy helping people and delivering great service? Do you have experience in hospitality, travel, reservations or another customer‑facing environment and are you ready for a new step in your career?
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist at ParcVu powered by Booking Experts, you'll combine your understanding of customers with our hospitality software. You don't need a technical background.
What matters most is that you genuinely enjoy helping people, understand great service, and are comfortable learning digital tools.
At Booking Experts, we're transforming the way hospitality businesses operate. Our all‑in‑one software platform helps holiday parks, campsites and accommodation providers manage reservations, automate processes and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
We work with hospitality businesses across Europe and continue to grow rapidly. Our mission is simple: to help hospitality entrepreneurs spend less time on administration and more time focusing on their guests.
As part of our team, you'll join a fast‑growing SaaS company where innovation, ownership and customer success are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You'll help users get the most from Booking Experts by answering questions, resolving issues and providing practical advice on how to use our platform effectively.
You'll join our Customer Success team, where you'll receive extensive training, guidance from an experienced buddy and access to our Learning Management System (LMS). This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your technical knowledge, develop customer‑facing skills and grow your career within a leading hospitality software company.
Along the way, you'll work closely with colleagues across Product, Development, Sales and Marketing, helping ensure that customer feedback is heard and acted upon.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and understands what great customer service looks like.
Maybe you currently work at a holiday park, hotel, campsite, travel company or in another customer‑facing environment. Perhaps you're working in reception, reservations, guest services or customer service and are looking for a new direction where you can use that experience in a growing software company.
This is a people‑first role, not a technical IT role. We are specifically looking for someone whose strength lies in communication, empathy, and customer service.
You'll likely have:
Experience with reservation systems, property management systems (PMS) or booking platforms is a bonus, but certainly not required.
You're positive, curious and motivated to learn. You enjoy helping people, take ownership of your work and aren't afraid to ask questions when faced with something new.
You communicate clearly, work well as part of a team and enjoy solving problems. Most importantly, you're someone who wants to develop professionally while making a real impact for our customers.
