The QHotels Collection is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle telephone and email enquiries, guiding guests through our hotels and services and turning inquiries into bookings.

You will work across hotels, providing accurate information and friendly service while supporting payments and upselling where appropriate. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a hotel, call centres or hospitality customer-centric sales environment.
• Target driven.
• Strong customer service skills and IT savvy.

Responsibilities

• Taking telephone and email enquiries and communicating with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Be knowledgeable about all hotels, products and services to provide relevant information and convert calls into bookings.
• Take payments for bookings.
