Gen II, based in Jersey, is seeking a diligent bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for fund structures and assist with reporting requirements. You will record journal entries, reconcile accounts, maintain ledgers, and support auditor processes in a controlled ISAE 3402 environment.

The role offers hybrid working developments but mainly operates from the Jersey office, with opportunities for Agile working based on business needs.

Competenze

• GCSE or equivalent academic background.
• Willingness to study towards ACCA or ACA.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Record journal entries for fund transactions and structures.
• Reconcile bank accounts, investments and balances.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and investor reports.
• Assist in preparation of Fund NAV packs and working papers.
• Coordinate with auditors during year-end audits; provide supporting documentation and responding to audit queries.
• Assist in processing capital calls and distributions to investors of the fund structure.
• Assist in responding to investor queries.
• Operate within a ISAE 3402 controls environment.
• Liaising with external contacts to obtain and provide required information.
• Assisting with and contributing to ad hoc projects as required
