Aztec Services (Jersey) Limited seeks an assistant to support the routine day-to-day accounting of fund structures under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager.

The role covers bookkeeping for funds, management companies and fund structures, plus preparing investor reports, statutory financial statements, and tax returns. A discretionary bonus, hybrid working, and opportunities to work abroad are provided.

Competenze

• Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification (supported by the Aztec Group).
• Solid knowledge of financial services is expected and supported through the Aztec Academy.
• Computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Assist with bookkeeping of funds, management companies and fund structures.
• Assist with preparation, reconciliation, and proofing of investor reports and statutory financial statements.
• Support completion of routine audit queries.
• Prepare periodic bank reconciliations and source supporting documentation.
• Maintain eFront and Excel working paper schedules for bookkeeping.
• Assist in the preparation/reconciliation of period tax returns.
