About the Role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, own your shifts, and drive individual and restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team to achieve high standards
• Manage shifts effectively, ensuring proper coverage and coaching on the go
• Understand labor management and rotas, and learn about restaurant financials
