About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team to maintain high standards and supporting their development
• Running shifts, planning staffing to ensure proper coverage, coaching on the go
• Managing labour, rotas, and understanding restaurant financials
• Recognizing and celebrating team performance
