About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching your team, supporting their development, and owning your shifts to enhance individual and restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and motivate your team to maintain high standards
• Manage shifts, plan staffing, and ensure effective team coverage
• Understand and manage labour and rotas, and learn about restaurant financials
• Recognize and celebrate team performance during shifts
