Junior Sous Chef | Full time

The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards.
  • Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
  • Understanding food, health, and safety standards, as well as financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Celebrating successes and recognizing individual needs within your team.
