Job summary

Detego Global in the UK is seeking a proactive Junior Customer Success Representative to help customers maximise value from Detego technology. You'll support customers from trials and onboarding to training, renewals, and ongoing account support, working closely with the Sales team.

Based in Horsham, this role is office-based initially, with the option to work from home half a day per week after probation and achievement of KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage onboarding, renewals and ongoing account support.
• Comfort using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Willingness to develop technical understanding of Detego software.
• Based in or willing to commute to Horsham, West Sussex.

Responsibilities

• Support customer satisfaction, retention and growth with the Sales team.
• Build relationships through proactive engagement and regular check-ins.
• Manage renewals and coordinate onboarding from trials to adoption.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and assist with quotations.
• Identify needs and suggest relevant Detego solutions.
• Provide first-line support for software installation and functionality.
