Percepta in Dunton, Essex is seeking a Software Data Services Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding, product adoption, and issue resolution for our automotive customer experiences; this hybrid role blends remote collaboration with on-site engagement.

You will partner with customers, dealers, sales and tech teams to maximise value, retention, and satisfaction while maintaining CRM data and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience using CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and support.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and best practices.
• Manage customer enquiries, troubleshooting, and escalations.
• Collaborate with technical and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify customer risks and opportunities to improve retention.
• Support reporting, invoicing, account administration, and collections activity.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
