Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to uphold the highest standards of CASS compliance within our fast-moving operations. You will work in partnership with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard client assets and strengthen control environments, helping Revolut stay ahead in a digital, regulated landscape.

You will oversee daily CASS controls, review incidents and complaints for CASS impact, and help shape risk practices across the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
