Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) standards. You will partner with Operations, Risk and Compliance to safeguard client assets and strengthen control environments in a fast-paced, digital finance setting.

In this role you will lead daily CASS controls, manage incident action plans and governance, and support continuous improvement of regulatory compliance practices within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
