Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure FCA CASS compliance across client assets and control environments. You will work in the first line of defence to safeguard assets and strengthen controls.

In this role you’ll oversee daily CASS controls, liaise with Operations, Risk and Compliance, and review client complaints and risk incidents for CASS impact. Strong data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop and improve expertise.

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
