Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we meet FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) standards and protect client assets. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to strengthen our control environment in a fast-moving digital setting.

In this role, you will oversee daily CASS controls, coordinate with 1LoD Risk and Compliance, review complaints for CASS impact, oversee incident action plans, and manage governance of the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop and improve expertise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls.
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact.
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans.
• Managing the team's meeting governance.
