Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to strengthen controls around Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) compliance within our fast-moving compliance team. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard assets and maintain high regulatory standards.

In this role you will oversee daily CASS controls, review incidents and complaints for CASS impact, and drive governance across the team while continuously improving risk management in a digital financial

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
