Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to uphold CASS standards and support operations in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will partner with Operations, Risk and Compliance to safeguard client assets and strengthen control frameworks.

The role focuses on daily CASS controls, incident action plans, and governance across a dynamic team in a globally connected company. Prior CASS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
