Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to FCA CASS requirements and strengthen the control environment within a fast-growing fintech. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard client assets and improve conduct risk management.

The role emphasizes daily CASS controls, incident response, and governance of the compliance function, leveraging data-driven analysis to keep us compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
