Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in a regulated environment (bank, investment firm, consultancy, or regulator).
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CASS controls.
• Liaise with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Review client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact.
• Oversee CASS incident action plans.
• Manage the team's meeting governance.
