Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS). As part of the first line of defence, you’ll partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard customer and custody assets and strengthen control environments.

You will oversee daily CASS controls, liaise with 1LoD Operations, Risk and Compliance, and review complaints for CASS impact while leading incident action plans and governance meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.
