Job summary

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD is seeking a Junior Buyer to support procurement for coffee machines, spare parts, cleaning chemicals and consumables in Milton Keynes. You will raise and manage purchase orders, monitor stock levels, and liaise with suppliers to secure best terms.

You will work with ERP systems, maintain records, and help with supplier onboarding and performance reviews. The role requires attention to detail, numeracy, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administration.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP system skills.
• Good analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders for coffee machines, spare parts, cleaning chemicals, and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders to maintain agreed inventory levels.
• Expedite supplier deliveries to ensure continuity of supply.
• Track order status and resolve delivery issues with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records within ERP systems.
• Maintain Relevant business mailboxes and answer queries to ensure timely response times.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, lead times, deliveries, and product availability.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations to achieve best value.
• Support supplier performance reviews and KPI tracking.
• Assist with onboarding of new suppliers and completion of supplier documentation.
