Job summary

Quintessential Brands UK Group Ltd is seeking a field-based Coffee Equipment Service Engineer in Warrington. You will diagnose, repair and maintain coffee equipment across a broad range of client sites, ensuring products meet specification and quality standards.

You will liaise with the central call centre, manage on-site safety, complete digital job records and maintain stock on your vehicle. The role requires a customer-focused, self-motivated individual with a strong electrical/mechanical

Qualifications

• Experience in coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
• Strong customer service and field-service demeanor.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending) and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance to restore good working order.
• Serve equipment to high standards, ensuring first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with central call centre and keep updates for waiting customers.
• Complete online job sheets and time sheets; ensure documentation is accurate before leaving site.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles; report faults or failures promptly.
• Provide spare parts stocks via handheld unit and replenish vehicle stock.
