Job summary

Unipart Technologies Group is hiring a Junior Buyer in the United Kingdom. You will manage supplier portfolios, support the Category Manager, and handle master data maintenance, purchase requisitions, quotes and key transactional activities.

You will work with SAP MRP processes, manage Preqs and quotes, resolve invoice and price queries, and help maintain data integrity across systems while collaborating with the Category Manager.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of SAP MRP processes and procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process purchase requisitions (Preqs) in a timely manner.
• Oversee quote management by obtaining and evaluating supplier quotes.
• Resolve invoice queries to ensure accurate processing and relationships.
• Address and manage price queries to verify cost accuracy.
• Maintain critical master data to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with the Category Manager to support supplier portfolio performance.
