Job summary

Polyframe Products Ltd in Lenwade is seeking a motivated Junior Business Systems Analyst to join the IT team. You will work alongside an experienced IT professional, providing first-line support for business applications, assisting with system changes and data quality tasks, and learning to resolve issues independently.

Training and professional development may be supported, and you will play a key role in understanding system requirements, improving processes, and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Requires SQL experience.
• Foundation IT qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line support for business applications and systems.
• Working with third-party software suppliers and support providers.
• Investigating and resolving user queries and system issues, escalating more complex problems where appropriate.
• Assisting with user administration, access management and system configuration.
• Supporting the setup, testing and implementation of changes to business systems.
• Assisting with system upgrades, new functionality and improvement projects.
• Working with colleagues across the business to understand system requirements and user needs.
• Helping to identify opportunities to improve business processes through better use of technology and systems.
• Assisting with data quality, data maintenance and basic reporting.
• Logging, tracking and managing support requests and system issues.
