Job summary

Computappoint in London is seeking an entry-level application support analyst to maintain production systems, investigate issues, and provide timely solutions.

You will collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, perform root-cause analysis, and support mission-critical business applications, including SQL data analysis and cross-border coordination with international support.

Qualifications

• Strong application support experience in production environments.
• Excellent SQL skills including Oracle, PL/SQL and/or T-SQL.
• Knowledge of Windows-based environments and database technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with C#/.NET is advantageous.
