Monstera Talent in Nottingham is hiring a Junior Business Development Assistant to kickstart a career in sales and client development. This in-person role requires no prior experience; you will receive full training from day one and have a clear path into senior business development or account management.

You'll meet new customers face-to-face, build relationships, present products, and support the end-to-end sign-up process. A structured progression plan and mentoring accompany your growth.

Our client is expanding their Nottingham team and is looking for driven, personable individuals to join as a Junior Business Development Assistant. This is a hands‑on introduction to how businesses grow — winning new customers, building relationships, and representing brands out in the field.

You don't need a business background or prior experience. What matters is your attitude, your ability to connect with people, and your willingness to learn. Full training is provided from day one, with a genuine path into more senior business development and account management roles.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Meeting new customers face‑to‑face and identifying opportunities to grow the client's business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Presenting products, services, and offers clearly and professionally
• Supporting the end‑to‑end process from first conversation through to sign‑up
• Working towards individual and team growth targets
• Learning the fundamentals of business development, negotiation, and client management
• Taking part in regular training and coaching to build toward more senior responsibility

• £600-£800 OTE per week
