Job summary

Monstera Talent in Nottingham is hiring a Junior Business Development Assistant for a full-time, in-person role. No prior experience required; you'll receive full training from day one and a clear path into more senior business development and account management roles.

You’ll meet customers face-to-face, build relationships, present offers, and support the end-to-end process from first contact to sign-up, with ongoing coaching to achieve growth targets.

Our client is expanding their Nottingham team and is looking for driven, personable individuals to join as a Junior Business Development Assistant. This is a hands‑on introduction to how businesses grow winning new customers, building relationships, and representing brands out in the field.

You don't need a business background or prior experience. What matters is your attitude, your ability to connect with people, and your willingness to learn. Full training is provided from day one, with a genuine path into more senior business development and account management roles.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Meeting new customers face‑to‑face and identifying opportunities to grow the client's business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Presenting products, services, and offers clearly and professionally
• Supporting the end‑to‑end process from first conversation through to sign‑up
