Monstera Talent is assisting a Nottingham client in recruiting a Junior Account Executive to manage client relationships and learn account management from day one. This in-person, full-time role offers hands-on training and mentorship.

No prior experience is required, with structured training and clear progression into senior roles as you develop commercial skills.

JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for confident, driven individuals to join as a Junior Account Executive. This is a hands on route into account management - you'll work directly with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right products and services, all while building the commercial skills that underpin a long-term career.

No prior experience needed. Full training and ongoing mentoring are provided from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Meeting customers face-to-face and understanding their requirements
• Managing conversations from first introduction through to sign-up
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Presenting products and services clearly and professionally

• £600-£800 OTE per week
