Monstera Talent is recruiting for an Entry Level Sales Associate in Nottingham. This full-time, in-person role offers face-to-face customer engagement, exposure to known campaigns, and a structured training program from day one.

You will develop sales, communication and relationship-building skills while working towards personal and team targets and opportunities for progression into leadership roles.

Looking for your first opportunity in sales? Maybe you’ve got great people skills but haven’t had the chance to put them into practice professionally.

Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals to join them as Entry Level Sales Associates.

You’ll work face-to-face with customers across local communities, representing well-known brands and campaigns while developing real-world sales, communication, and customer engagement skills.

No experience? No problem. Full training is provided from day one.

THE ROLE

• Engaging with customers through face-to-face conversations
• Introducing customers to products, services, and campaigns
• Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
• Delivering engaging and professional sales presentations
• Guiding customers through the sales or sign-up process
• Working towards personal and team-based targets
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Representing campaigns professionally within residential communities and local areas
• Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
