Monstera Talent in Nottingham is seeking a Junior Account Executive to start a hands-on career in account management. You will work directly with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right products and services.

No experience is required as full training and ongoing mentoring are provided from day one, with a clear progression into senior account management or leadership roles.

Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for confident, driven individuals to join as a Junior Account Executive. This is a hands-on route into account management you'll work directly with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right products and services, all while building the commercial skills that underpin a long-term career.

No prior experience needed. Full training and ongoing mentoring are provided from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
