Job summary

Talent in Watford, UK is seeking an Analyst, HR Technology to support a major HR systems rollout across the EMEA region. Hybrid work arrangement requires 3–4 days onsite at the EMEA HQ.

The role involves coordinating HR and payroll data, testing HR platforms, and creating user guides, while liaising with HR, Finance and IT teams to drive improvements. Initial six-month contract Inside IR35 with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience working with HR systems (Oracle HCM preferred).
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to HR or payroll systems and interface coordination.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.

Overview
