Job summary

Cambridge Consultants is seeking a Junior Digital Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. You’ll take ownership of digital learning activities, content creation, and learning technology, with opportunities to explore how AI can enhance learning.

You’ll work across design, AI-enabled learning, and analytics, collaborating with colleagues to shape our learning approach. Flexible working is offered, with office visits at least once a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Digital Learning or related field.
• Experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and learner engagement.
• Experience using learning technologies and LMS.
• Appreciation of learning analytics and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience supporting organisational capability or skills development initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to build positive working relationships across the business.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with willingness to experiment.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning solutions.
• Create learning assets including pathways, guides, videos, job aids and blended experiences.
• Work with SMEs to translate topics into accessible learning.
• Ensure content aligns with business priorities and learner needs.
• Continually evaluate and improve learner experiences using feedback and data.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve learning design and delivery.
• Support AI-enabled learning initiatives across the organisation.
• Act as administrator and super-user for LearnUpon, Articulate360 and other tools.
• Manage learning pathways and content libraries within the ecosystem.
• Produce reports on learner engagement and impact.
