Flourish is partnering with our client in the health-tech SaaS space to recruit new account managers for their sales team. The role is based five days a week in the central Guildford office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in B2B sales.

There will be a one-stage interview process held at the Flourish HQ in Victoria on the 14th of May. Offers will be made on the same day!

The Business:

Our client is a global leader in providing technology solutions for care homes across the UK. Their tailored software solutions help care homes operate more efficiently, deliver higher quality care, and ensure no detail is missed through their range of digital solutions. The company is experiencing significant growth and is expanding its business development team in Guildford.

Role Overview:

The Account Manager will focus on generating new business opportunities through outbound efforts with existing and new clients. Responsibilities include reaching out via phone, LinkedIn, and email to connect with decision-makers at residential care homes across the UK, booking qualified appointments for senior sales staff, and growing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Cold-calling prospects and potential clients.
  • Upselling and cross-selling to current clients to grow accounts and revenue.
  • Using lead generation software to identify prospects.
  • Conducting LinkedIn and email campaigns to decision-makers.
  • Prospecting, lead generation, and adding value to the sales pipeline.
  • Providing solutions to client pain points.
  • Maintaining CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to close deals.
Candidate Profile:
  • No experience required; potential and attitude are key.
  • Driven to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Enthusiastic about cold calling and generating new business.
  • Motivated to succeed in sales.
  • Coachable and resilient, capable of handling objections.
  • Great character and a positive attitude.
  • Uncapped commission structure; potential to earn an additional £10,000–£15,000 on top of a £30,000 basic salary.
