What You'll Do

1. Serve as the day-to-day contact for our clients
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
3. Manage client communications and build lasting relationships
4. Support senior team members with account management tasks
5. Track client requests and ensure timely follow-through
6. Organize and participate in client meetings and presentations
7. Manage upsell campaigns and be primarily responsible for revenue recognition from recurring customers
