Job summary

Flourish is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting SME opportunities to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships.

You'll receive structured training and coaching while developing your own client portfolio in a fast-paced, supportive environment. The base salary is £30,000-£35,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £35,000-£45,000. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Managing the full 360 sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing business.
• Building strong relationships with SME clients and understanding their business needs.
• Providing excellent customer service and ongoing account support after onboarding.
• Working towards ambitious sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Becoming a trusted advisor by helping customers identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
