Flourish is partnering with a global leader in shipping and logistics to recruit an Entry-Level Account Executive. You will own the full sales cycle, identify SME prospects, build relationships and close new business opportunities.

This 360 role offers uncapped commission, lifetime commission on every account, a structured 12‑month training programme, and fast-track progression within a recognised global brand.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential, attitude, resilience and ambition matter most.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Building relationships with SME business owners and decision-makers
• Identifying opportunities to save customers time and money
• Delivering excellent customer service and account support
• Managing and growing your own sales pipeline
