Flourish is seeking an Account Executive in the UK to build relationships with SME clients, understand shipping patterns, and provide proactive support. You will join a 12‑month development programme combining training, shadowing, and field coaching to grow into a trusted advisor.

With a structured learning path and access to lifetime commissions on accounts, you'll progress toward more senior roles as you perform and contribute to client success in a fast‑growing logistics environment.
