Job summary

Apprentify is seeking a Junior Account Executive in Reading to kickstart a career in sales. You’ll engage with new and existing business customers, learn about their shipping needs and how to improve them, and provide friendly support as you grow within a fast-moving logistics environment.

The role includes a structured 12-month training programme, hands-on experience in sales and customer service, and progression toward more senior roles with commission as you expand your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the motivation to learn and grow in a fast-moving industry.
• No extensive experience required, good interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset are valued.

Responsibilities

• Speak with new and existing business customers.
• Learn how they currently ship goods and where improvements can be made.
• Provide helpful, friendly support and maintain regular contact.
• Help onboard new clients and guide them through the process.
