No prior sales experience is required. You’ll take part in a structured 12-month training programme with coaching, classroom learning, shadowing, and on-the-job development. Hybrid options are available after the first year.

• Build relationships with new and existing SME clients to understand their needs.
• Learn client shipping habits and identify ways to improve efficiency.
• Provide friendly, ongoing support to ensure a great customer experience.

• Assist with pricing, billing, and service-related questions.
