Job summary

Construction in Bolton is seeking an experienced Joiner to work on a temporary contract across social housing properties. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance in tenanted and void properties, ensuring high standards and health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include fitting and repairing doors, kitchen work, skirting and architraves, window repairs, flooring, and general second-fix joinery within occupied and void properties, with immediate start and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out joinery in social housing or domestic maintenance environments.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Own tools and ability to work independently are essential.
