Job summary

Construction in Milton Keynes is seeking a skilled Joiner to join a busy repairs and maintenance team. You will carry out joinery repairs and installations across domestic properties in the Milton Keynes area, ensuring high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Joiner within domestic maintenance, repairs or social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and installing doors, frames, skirting, flooring and internal fittings.
• Kitchen repairs and installations.
• Completing planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology.
• Working closely with supervisors and scheduling teams.
• Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homes.

Are you a skilled Joiner looking for a secure, long-term position with a well-established housing maintenance contractor?We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working across domestic properties in the Milton Keynes area. The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs and installations within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with customer expectations.

Typical duties include:

• Repairing and installing doors, frames, skirting, flooring and internal fittings


• Kitchen repairs and installations


• Completing planned and reactive maintenance work


• Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology


• Working closely with supervisors and scheduling teams


• Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homes
