Job summary

A joiner is sought by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd to join a busy repairs and maintenance team across domestic properties in Milton Keynes. This permanent role offers security, a clear workload, and the chance to work within the social housing sector.

You will carry out a range of joinery repairs and installations in occupied and void homes, ensuring high-quality work and positive customer experiences, with van and tools provided for local patches.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Joiner within domestic maintenance, repairs or social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and installing doors, frames, skirting, flooring and internal fittings in occupied and void properties.
• Kitchen repairs and installations.
• Completing planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology.
• Working closely with supervisors and scheduling teams.
• Delivering excellent customer service within residents' homes.

We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working across domestic properties in the Milton Keynes area. The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs and installations within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with customer expectations.

• Kitchen repairs and installations
• Completing planned and reactive maintenance work
• Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology
• Working closely with supervisors and scheduling teams
• Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homes
