Job summary

Construction is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to work on a busy social housing maintenance and refurbishment contract across Bolton. This is a temporary position offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties.

You'll perform basic joinery repairs, patch plastering, minor plumbing, painting and decorating touch-ups, and general maintenance across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a multi-trade role.
• Strong skills across joinery, plastering, plumbing and general repairs.
• Experience working within social housing environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own tools.
