Job summary

Construction is seeking an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contract covering properties throughout Bolton. This temporary role offers ongoing work, carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.

Immediate start available with a competitive hourly rate and weekly pay. You will work across Bolton providing responsive plumbing services while maintaining excellent customer service for

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.
• Experience in social housing or domestic maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers.
• Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults.
• Working on hot and cold water systems.
• Completing bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within target times.
• Working in occupied and void domestic properties.
• Maintaining excellent customer service when dealing with tenants.

Education
