The National Trust Bath Assembly Rooms is seeking a Business Services Co-ordinator to support daily operations and help shape processes ahead of reopening. You will work with the Visitor Operations Manager and Facilities Manager to meet unique operational needs in a Grade 1 listed building.
This fixed-term post (until 30-Oct-2028) offers a full-time 37.5 hour week, starting with a salary of £27,612 per year and scope to influence the setup for opening and ongoing use.

It's an exciting time to join the National Trust team at Bath Assembly Rooms. This beautiful Grade 1 listed building, known for music, parties, dancing and entertainment during Bath's Georgian heyday, will reopen in 2027 following two years of a major building project and the installation of an innovative new visitor attraction.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape processes and procedures from scratch and help set the property up for success. You'll report to the Visitor Operations Manager and work closely with the Facilities Manager to identify and plan for the unique operational needs of this busy building.
Bath Assembly Rooms is part of the National Trust Bath Property Group which also includes Dyrham Park, Prior Park Landscape Garden, Bath Skyline and Bathampton Meadows.
This is a busy place, there's a lot going on and you'll find that no two days are the same.
Generally, you'll be supporting day-to-day operations as we prepare to move back in the Bath Assembly Rooms from our temporary office at Prior Park Landscape Garden. You'll also be supporting the wider project, and working on plans for the future operation of Bath Assembly Rooms. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team.
You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there's a better way of doing something.
