As a Business Service Assistant, you'll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day-to-day running of the office. This is a busy and varied job, and no two days will be the same. You'll have an important part to play in your team meeting its goals, so you'll always be looking at how you can offer help where needed.
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Hours: You'll work 15 hours per week, including some weekends. The typical working pattern will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidates.

Reporting to the Business Services Coordinator and Operations Manager, you\'ll be part of a small team delivering exceptional customer service to staff, visitors and contractors.
This is a busy place with a lot going on, and no two days are the same. You\'ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and will often be the first person people see when they visit the office, or speak to when contacting the property. As a result, your advice and experience will be valued by colleagues across the wider team.
You\’t be responsible for both internal and external enquiries, managing the property phone and email systems as well as the property calendars. You\’ll work with a small team to ensure group bookings, general enquiries, property supplies, compliance and services, including cash reconciliation and banking, are managed in a proactive and visitor-focused way.
You\’ll also build and maintain positive relationships with local supporter groups, contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders, while engaging with visitors as part of the role.
