You will design workflows, empower automation via APIs, integrate with enterprise tools, manage users and permissions, and drive continual improvement across IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience administering or developing within JSM or ITSM tools.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and ITSM best practices.
• Experience with APIs and automation.
• Knowledge of AI tools governance in ITSM.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Jira Service Management workflows, fields, forms, and automation rules.
• Develop business rules, scripts, and APIs to support automation and integration.
• Integrate Jira Service Management with other enterprise tools via APIs.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with policies.
• Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within JSM.
• Implement ITIL-based processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request.
• Oversee incident management and change control processes.
• Maintain IT asset data and lifecycle using Jira asset management.
